MANUFACTURING

Where are the jewelry pieces manufactured?

Our pieces of jewelry are manufactured by the LLR Studios team under very high quality standards in our studio in Hamburg. Outsourced production work is carried out exclusively in Germany.
When selecting our suppliers, we put great importance to sustainability and quality and always maintain a personal connection with our suppliers in order to get a precise insight into their work.

How long is the waiting period for my jewelry piece?

The waiting period is usually 1-7 days until we send out your piece of jewelry. In the exceptional case that it takes longer, we will contact you.

Do you also offer custom-made products?

Yes, we would love to! Just send us an email at info@llrstudios.com, via Instagram @llrstudios or through What’sApp to 017660985650, 017680360361. We look forward to being creative with you or for you.

Which chain length suits me? How do I combine pieces of jewelry in the best possible way?

Depending on each persons figure and size, chain lengths can be a little different for everyone. The best thing to do is to put on a piece of string or ribbon of your desired chain length. Then you can estimate exactly how the chain fits around your neck.

If you have any questions about jewelry combinations, please write to us. We will try to send you a picture of your desired combination as soon as possible. Or you can make an appointment in our studio. Here we can advise you individually. If you do not manage to visit us in our studio in Hamburg, you are of course also welcome to make an appointment with us for a virtual consultation. Of course, all consultations are free, whether online or offline. We look forward to meeting you.

MATERIALS

Which materials do you use?

We only use 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver 18K gold-plated or 14K yellow gold. With our gold-plated jewelry, it is particularly important to us that the gold-plating is durable and that you can benefit from your piece of jewelry for a long time. That is why we gild with a particularly thick layer.

 

Which gemstones do you use?

We use different gemstones. Since we do not launch seasonal collections, but rather expand the existing collections with new stones or pearls, new stones are added regularly. Especially with our mix and match collection, we always try to introduce you to new gemstones so that those who have already bought creoles can purchase new gemstones to mix and match. Currently we use Prase, Chalcedony, Calcite, Blue Lapis, Tiger's Eye, Orange Aventurine, Nunderite, Moss Agate, Rhyolite.

Do I have to look after the gemstones differently than silver or gold?

Basically, gemstones are very robust and you can simply clean them with water and, if necessary, a little washing-up liquid. Just be careful not to let the gemstones fall down. They can break under certain circumstances and that would be a shame.

 

How do I best take care of my LLR Studios jewelry?

In addition, we want to draw your attention to the fact that you should observe certain care tips for gold-plated jewelry. You can read everything about this in our Care Guide. If for whatever reason you are no longer satisfied with the gold plating of your jewelry, contact us through email at info@llrstudios.com, via Instagram @llrstudios or through What’sApp unter 017660985650, 017680360361 and we can re-gild your jewelry. The most important thing for us is that you are satisfied with your jewelry.

When cleaning silver jewelry, mix lukewarm water with detergent and soak the jewelry in it for a few minutes. Then carefully pat the jewelry dry with kitchen paper and then polish the jewelry with a soft cotton cloth.

Do I have a guarantee on my LLR jewelry?

There is no set guarantee on your jewelry. But it is very important to us that you enjoy your jewelry for a long time and that you are satisfied. We stand for high quality and durable jewelry. If you have something to complain about, please send us an email to info@llrstudios.com and we will find an individual solution for you.

 

DO I GET A GOLD OR SILVER CERTIFICATE?

Of course. All of our jewelry is stamped and thus certified.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery - worldwide? Throughout Germany? How expensive?

We ship our products worldwide. You can find detailed information on shipping prices and duration here

How do I know if my order is on the way?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number from DHL by email. This allows you to check exactly when your package will arrive.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order. A cancellation of your order is possible until you have received a shipping confirmation.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. If there are delays in the return, we will also find a solution.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Of course you can change your order. You can change your order until you have received a shipping confirmation. You can simply send us your change request by email to info@llrstudios.com.

CAN I ADJUST MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, you can adjust your delivery address. The adjustment of your delivery address is possible until you have received a shipping confirmation.

CAN I HAVE THE SIZE OF MY JEWELRY ADJUSTED?

If you are not satisfied with the size or length of your piece of jewelry, simply send us your order back and email us at info@llrstudios.com with the desired size. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you the changed size.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY?

Yes, you can exchange your order within 14 days. Either you get the money back or you choose something new. Made-to-measure products cannot be exchanged. If there are delays in the return, we will also find a solution.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Simply write us an email with the reason for your exchange at info@llrstudios.com and send us your return to: LLR Studios, Zimmerstrasse 45, 22085 Hamburg. Please make sure that you return your order insured.
As soon as we have received the return, we will send you your refund.

ATELIER / STUDIO

Do you have a shop and if so where?

Yes, we have had our studio at Zimmerstrasse 45 in Hamburg since the beginning of 2020. Due to the current Corona situation, we have unfortunately not yet been able to welcome you with an opening ceremony. As soon as this is possible again, we will make up for it. Otherwise, we look forward to everyone who comes to our studio.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF THE STUDIO?

We try to be in the studio every day. Don't be put off by the locked door. You can just ring the bell. We look forward to meeting you. DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR JEWELRY IN STOCK IN THE STUDIO?

We have most of the jewelry in stock. However, if there is too much demand, we may not have a pair of models in stock in the studio. If you want to be on the safe side, simply send us an email at info@llrstudios.com, via Instagram @llrstudios or via What’sApp to 017660985650, 017680360361 and then we can give you precise information as to whether your desired piece of jewelry is in stock. You are also welcome to reserve your desired piece of jewelry in advance by phone or email.

Can I also buy vouchers from you?

You are very welcome to purchase a voucher from us. This applies to the online shop, but also offline in the studio. We'll lovingly wrap our gift card for you and send it to you or you can pick it up from the studio. The voucher can be redeemed both offline and online and is valid for an unlimited period of time.
