MANUFACTURING

WHERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MANUFACTURED?

Our jewelry is manufactured by the LLR Studios team under very high quality standards in our studio in Hamburg. Outsourced production work is carried out exclusively in Germany.

When selecting our suppliers, we put an emphasis on sustainability and quality and always maintain a personal connection with our suppliers in order to maintain a precise insight into their work.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY JEWELRY PIECE?

The waiting period is usually 1-7 days until we send out your piece of jewelry. In the exceptional case that it takes longer, we will contact you.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS?

Yes, we love to! Send us a message via Email or Instagram. We look forward to being creative with you or for you.

WHICH CHAIN LENGTH SUITS ME?

Depending on each person's figure and size, chain lengths can look different. Check out our Size Guide to estimate how a necklace will fit you, or put a piece of string or ribbon around your neck that’s the same size as your desired chain length. Then you can estimate exactly how the chain fits around your neck. Of course you can always send us a message via Email or Instagram to request a picture of the chain you want to see.

HOW DO I COMBINE JEWELRY PIECES IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY?

If you have any questions about jewelry combinations, please send us a message via Email or Instagram. We will try to send you a picture of your desired combination as soon as possible. Or you can make an appointment in our atelier. Here we can advise you individually. If you can’t visit our atelier in Hamburg, feel free to make a virtual appointment. Of course, all consultations are free, whether online or offline. We look forward to meeting you.

MATERIALS

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We only use recycled 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver 18K gold-plated, or 14K yellow gold. With our gold-plated jewelry, it is particularly important to us that the gold-plating is durable and that you can benefit from your piece of jewelry for a long time. That is why we gild with a particularly thick layer. If your piece starts to look less than optimal after a couple of years, check out our re-plating service.

WHICH GEMSTONES DO YOU USE?

We use a variety of different gemstones. Since we do not launch seasonal collections, but rather expand the existing collections with new stones or pearls, new stones are added regularly. Especially with our Mix and Match collection, we always try to introduce you to new gemstones so that those who have already bought creoles can purchase new gemstones to mix and match. Check out our gemstones page if you’d like to learn more about them. Currently we use Prase, Chalcedony, Calcite, Blue Lapis, Tiger's Eye, Orange Aventurine, Moss Agate, Onyx, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Jade.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

IS THERE A GUARANTEE ON MY LLR STUDIOS JEWELRY?

There is no set guarantee on your jewelry. But it is very important to us that you enjoy your jewelry for a long time and that you are satisfied. We stand for high quality and durable jewelry. If you have an issue please send us an email and we will find an individual solution for you. If it’s been a couple of years and your gold plated products have seen better days, check out our re-plating service.

 

DO I GET A GOLD OR SILVER CERTIFICATE?

Of course. All of our jewelry is stamped and thus certified.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We keep an updated list on our shipping page. If your country is not listed, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get you a quote ASAP.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to check exactly when your package will arrive.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can cancel your order. A cancellation of your order is possible until you have received a shipping confirmation.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Of course you can change your order. You can change your order until you have received a shipping confirmation. You can simply send us your change request by email.

CAN I ADJUST MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, you can adjust your delivery address. The adjustment of your delivery address is possible until you have received a shipping confirmation.

CAN I HAVE THE SIZE OF MY JEWELRY ADJUSTED?

If you are not satisfied with the size or length of your piece of jewelry, fill out this form and send us your order back. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you the new size.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY?

Yes, you can exchange your order within 14 days. You will receive a refund or you can choose something new. Custom products cannot be exchanged. If there are delays in the return, we will also find a solution.

ATELIER / STUDIO

DOES LLR STUDIOS HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

Yes! Come give us a visit. You can find our atelier in Winterhude at Zimmerstr. 45, 22085 Hamburg.

WHEN IS THE ATELIER OPEN?

Most days one of our teammates will be at the office. Don’t be put off by a locked door, simply ring the bell. If you want to be on the safe side, send us a message via Email or Instagram and then we will make an appointment and you can look at the jewelry in peace and quiet.

DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR JEWELRY IN STOCK AT THE ATELIER?

We have most of the jewelry in stock. However, things do sell out! If you want to make sure a particular item is here it’s best make an appointment or even reserve it ahead of time.
