Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form and send it to us by email at support@llrstudios.com before the withdrawal period expires. Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal via email.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
As a small independent business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
